We have just been granted planning permission from Lewes district council to dismantle the old office and packing shed and build a new reception area office, workshop and store for the campsite. We are very excited.
Jason who designed and built the Tree Tent, Gridshell and also redesigned the other office on site, has created the plans and drawings for our new building.
The new office will be much more functional and frankly habitable over the winter, hence my excitement.
The campsite closes this Thursday for the winter. Straight after that we will demolish the existing building and go hell for leather to get the new building up in time for next years camping season.
