Sebastian who is an enthusiastic wildlife spotter, stayed here a couple of weeks ago with his family and has very kindly sent me a list of the animals that he identified during his visit. His list included the following which he saw or found evidence of; Fallow deer, Foxes, Badgers which he heard, a family of Buzzards, Pheasants, Green Woodpeckers, Toads, Stoats, and the endangered Holly Blue butterfly. During their stay Sebastian and his sister Teleri also visited the outdoor Shakespeare performance at Lewes Castle.
