This years secret wildlife festival run at the secret campsite with Sussex Wildlife Trust was a huge success and we saw a fantastic array of mammals, butterflies, moths, birds glow worms and insects all going about their daily lives around the camping meadow. Try though i might to write something up that is helpful and does the wildlife festival credit i am going to defer to Michael Blencowes post on his Lewes Community Wildlife website. I seem to spend the bulk of the festival dashing round and sorting little things out and chatting with festival goers so never get notes good enough…. unlike the smart Michael.
Better still we raised nearly £2,500 for Sussex Wildlife Trust which included a donation from Tallulah, Scarlett and Maddy’s Secret Teapot.
