There has been a lot going on at the campsite recently. The sheep have been busy grazing the camping meadow which was dusted in snow last week when the much awaited thunder snow failed to arrive.
I thought i should get some pictures and then this morning we were treated to a beautiful sunrise. The old saying Red sky at night shepherds delight, red sky in the morning shepherds warning, lamb and mince potato shepherds pie didn’t concern our guests in the slightest, they just kept grazing. More surprisingly following a spell of rubbish weather the red sky this morning resulted in a beautiful crisp day.
The sheep do a fantastic job around the camping areas over the winter. They graze all the grass and brambles back and leave the area clear and ready for the bulbs and flowers to bust into life as spring starts to appear in a few weeks time.

Looking cold Tim. Good luck with the foundations.
