We were really please to be included in Cool Camping editor, Jonathan Knights list of 10 of his best new campsites in the UK which was published in the Guardian.
There are only 4 sites in the south of England, and we are the closest one of them to London which is just one hour away. We’ve had lots of fun setting up the Secret Campsite, and now that spring has arrived, we are starting to see the benefits of allowing large parts of the site to grow wild. This is providing a haven for wildlife, recently we have the barn owl and a stoat appearing frequently around the site, and a nightingale has been singing on the dismantled railway track that borders the camping meadow.
