Once the building was down we started to dig the foundation trenches ready to install the floor base.
It is exciting to think that this time next year my office might be warm and campers arriving over the summer will be much easier to spot from the reception window rather than me needing bats hearing to know when they have arrived.
The weather was all looking good until the building inspector arrived to check our foundations.
As if by magic we were then subjected to the old offices last dying wishes with a bout of wet cold weather and the trenches for the buildings footings got the full force of mother nature.
Finally, on the 17th we started to fill the trenches with concrete and breathed out again. The new campsite reception has started.
