Local & Lewes

Lewes is a historic and vibrant little town. With numerous independent shops, great little eateries and picturesque twittens, there’s plenty of things to explore. Biking, walking or kayaking. Malling Down nature reserve is well worth a visit too.

Brighton

Brighton is easily accessible via train or bus from nearby Lewes. Explore its crazy mix of beach, independent shops, boutiques, attractions and culture. Hire bikes, have a sauna on the beach, or just try the local watering holes, followed by the Starling murmurations on the pier.

Countryside

Our local countryside is sublime. There’s easy access to the first part of The South Downs Way for walking and cycling. It’s a short car ride to the Ashdown Forest, or just explore the beautiful woodlands by the campsite.

Coast

There are great beaches at Seaford and Brighton. Both offer perfect British seaside charm. Beach side cafes, fish and chips, pebbled beach and even free parking at Seaford. Find a great spot for a swim too, in the river or the sea.
